MUAYTHAI
Come and experience Thailand's national sport - The Art Of 8 Weapons. In each high energy session you will learn traditional MuayThai techniques incorporating pad and bag work, partner drills and sparring (optional), all under the watchful eyes of experienced, Thai-trained instructors.
BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
Will / Machado syllabus techniques taught in structured classes with gi and no-gi grappling. Tournament style training, non-stop 'in the hole' style drills and advanced techniques all covered.
CARDIO - CIRCUIT
Strength, conditioning and cardio exercises taught in interval structure for maximum fitness results. Hangar 4's most intensive workout sessions, developing cardio fitness and core strength with short burst rounds and even shorter recovery times.
kids' Mixed martial arts
For kids aged 6 to 13 - using a graded mixed martial arts system and incorporating elements of MuayThai and BJJ. Leaning self-defence whilst keeping fit in a fun and safe environment. A great way to build your child's self-confidence and fitness levels.
