
Muay Thai: Experience Thailand's national sport - The Art Of 8 Weapons. In each high energy session you will learn traditional Muay Thai techniques incorporating pad and bag work, partner drills and sparring (optional), all under the watchful eyes of experienced, Thai-trained instructors.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ): Will / Machado syllabus techniques taught in structured classes with gi and no-gi grappling. Competition and self-defence training with beginners to advanced techniques.
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA): The fastest growing sport in the world, MMA is a blend of Muay Thai, BJJ, wrestling and boxing - all rolled into one class. With our graded syllabus classes, created by Australia's premier BJJ coach John B Will, you will learn skills needed for the cage, or for real-life self-defense.
Cardio Circuit: Strength, conditioning and cardio exercises taught in interval structure for maximum fitness results. Hangar 4's most intensive workout sessions, developing cardio fitness and core strength with short burst rounds and even shorter recovery times.
Kids' MMA: For kids aged 6 to 13 - using a graded mixed martial arts system and incorporating elements of Muay Thai and BJJ. Leaning self-defence whilst keeping fit in a fun and safe environment. A great way to build your child's self-confidence and fitness levels. Classes during school term.
